Crockpot Mississippi Roast

Ingredients:

3+ lb. Chuck Roast
1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Package Au Jus Powder Mix
1 Stick Salted Butter
6 or 7 Peperoncini Peppers

Directions:

1. Place Chuck Roast in Crockpot. Cover with ranch powder, au jus powder, salted butter, and peperoncini peppers.

2. Cover and cook 8 hours on low.

3. The meat should fall apart. Shred with two forks, discarding any fatty pieces.
